This is a portrait of an elderly woman. This artwork has given me some understanding of the formation of facial features.
In this piece, the woman's face is noticeably slanted. You can see her teeth exposed beneath the upper lip, and the entire cheek is tilted to the left, causing the wrinkles to pull in a leftward direction. Observing these details is quite fascinating, and I enjoy both the process of observation and the act of painting. These processes contribute to a sense of accomplishment within me.
I deliberately reduced the distance between the face and the edge of the paper, attempting to present the face more directly. Despite being the smallest portrait I have ever drawn, I still strive to capture every detail in this artwork.
這是一位老年婦女的肖像。這件藝術品讓我對臉部特徵的形成有了一些了解。
